Quality Information

What kind of quality screens do you sell?

We understand that there are many different "grades" of screens available. There are various suppliers offering A grade, AA Grade, B grade etc. Every supplier has a different method for grading their screens which causes a great deal of confusion for customers. At RepairPartsUSA, we do not believe in offering various grades of screens. We provide only the highest quality screens available in the market.

What makes your parts different than other suppliers?

We understand the importance of providing quality replacement parts to our customers. The majority of our customers are small businesses which rely on RepairPartsUSA to supply only high quality parts. If we provide low quality parts to our customers then not only will it hurt our customers business, but also reflect bad on our company. All screens are tested one by one by our staff to ensure quality control. We will never sacrifice providing a lower quality part to earn an extra dollar. Unfortunately if you are in the market for low quality refurbished screens, we do not provide that.

Payments and Pricing

What wholesale discounts do you offer?

The prices shown on our site are our base prices. In addition to our already highly competitive pricing, additional wholesale discounts. Feel free to Sign Up for a wholesale account for additional discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept all major credit cards.

Can I pay over the phone?

If you do not want to place an order online, Please give Customer Service a call at (888)992-3905 and we would be happy to assist you in placing a phone order.

Is my payment information secure?

All personal data transmitted on our site is secured. We DO NOT store credit card information on our servers.

Do you offer Price Matching?

Unfortuantley due to the lack of quality control other vendors provide, it is impossible for us to price match. We know that the items we are selling are the HIGHEST quality parts available. Since we are unable to confirm the quality of parts other vendors use, we can not price match.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer

We currently offer USPS and FedEx as a shipping method.

How much is shipping?

For orders under $200, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 for USPS Priority and FedEx Ground. Orders over $200, We offer free USPS Priority or UPS Ground Shipping

How long does shipping take?

USPS Priority and FedEx ground normally takes 2-3. We also offer expedited shipping for an extra fee which is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the US and Canada.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

USPS is the only method of shipment that will ship to a P.O. Box. Please use a physical address if possible.

Warranty and Returns

How long is your warranty?

We have a lifetime warranty on all of our parts. For additional information, please see the Warranty page.

Do you pay return shipping?

We do not pay return shipping on defective parts. We do pay to ship the replacement part back to you, using USPS priority.

I damaged the defective part removing it from a customer's device--can I still return it?

As long as we are able to test the original issue with the part, we are happy to take it back under our warranty

I'm not sure which order my defective part came from. What do I do?

That's okay. You can just send it back with a note telling us you're not sure which order the part is associated with and someone in our RMA team will take care of the rest.

How do I process a return?

How long does it take to get points or a replacement part?

We process returns within 1-2 business days after receiving them.
