RepairPartsUSA.com is pleased to provide our customers with a lifetime warranty, even after instillation, provided there is no physical damage to the part. To be eligible, you must first file for a return authorization number using our online RMA system before returning any parts to our facility.
All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any item shipped back prior to contacting RepairPartsUSA.com for authorization, will be sent back at the owner’s expense. Shipping cost is a non-refundable item.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any items back that are damaged due to an installation error such as a torn cable, broken or cracked screen, damaged LCD. A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a product to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy.
Refunds & Exchanges
RepairPartsUSA.com offers both a refund option and exchange option for returns. Once a return is approved and received, RepairPartsUSA.com will issue store credit in terms of reward points for the current cost of the part(s.) We do not provide financial refunds for returned merchandise.
Return Freight Cost and Insurance
Freight and insurance costs associated with returns, for any reason, are strictly the responsibility of the sender. We can make exceptions in some cases. We share the shipping costs associated with a return for replacement. The customer pays for return shipping and insurance, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We encourage all return packages to be insured. We are not responsible if packages are lost or damaged during shipment.
Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make a price adjustment after an order has been placed.
How To Process an RMA Request:
We have created an easty to use process to request a RMA. To request an RMA simply follow these 5 steps:
Step 1: Login to your RepairPartsUSA.com Account
Step 2: On the top navigation under "My Orders" select the "Orders" link
Step 3: Select the "Order ID" for the item you are looking to return
Step 4: On the right side select the "Request A Return" link.
Step 5: Follow the simple step by step Request Return system.
