What information do we collect?

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
RepairPartsUSA.com offers free shipping on orders over $100. All items are shipped out using USPS. Delivery to the US takes 2-5 days. Delivery to outside the United States should allow 7-21 days depending on customs.
You will be able to create an account during your checkout. In your account, you are able to view and track your order. If you do not create an account during checkout, you can not track the package from our site. You will still be notified once your order is shipped. If purchasing with Paypal, your order will be shipped to the address you provide with Paypal
Out Of Stock:
In the event that your order is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours. You can then choose to cancel your order, or choose another item.
RepairPartsUSA.com will only accept an item for a return or exchange if the incorrect item is received, or if the item you receive is defective. We must be notified within 60 days after delivery. All items shipped are brand new and tested. We will not accept an item back if the item is cracked or damaged due to an installation error made by the buyer.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:
Potentially fraudulent order: Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel your order.
Incorrect pricing: Due to the sometimes volatile market, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
