Love you guys, no matter what I am fixing I know for sure that my part is gonna fix and work never have to worry about what I buy from yall, yall are the only company I use for my parts never had a problem out of 3 plus years of using yall
I ordered this screen replacement unknowing that it was backordered. A quick response was received when emailing customer service regarding the delay in shipping informing me about the backorder and that my expedited shipping cost would be refunded immediately. When finally receiving the product, I installed the new screen and it works great. 👍
There are a few things that could be improved. the screen is not ass responsive as the oem part when trying to scroll. The 3d touch does not always work you have to press harder than usually to get it to work if wants to work would definitely be better if the screen was a significantly more sensitive. I do use a glass screen protector but that was not an issue with my previous screen. Last it does not get as dark as my previous screen the black on the screen has sort of a white tone not really getting truly black overall the screen is solid.
I have yet to install it but I was impressed with the packaging and getting to me in 1 piece.
