RepairPartsUSA.com offers FREE First Class Shipping on orders over $30. FREE FedEx 2-Day Shipping on all orders over $100 and FREE Express Shipping on orders over $400. Orders placed by 4pm Monday-Saturday will be shipped the same day.

Shipping Times
All orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse. Delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday-Saturday). We only ship orders Monday-Friday. In order to qualify for Same Day Shipping, the order must be made by 4pm EST.

- What happens if the shipping carrier loses my package?
In this instance, please contact the shipping carrier to file a lost package claim. After filling the claim please contact Questions@RepairPartsUSA.com and we will try our best to assist you.
- My tracking number shows “delivered”, but I don’t have the order. What can be done?
Please double check with USPS or FedEx and also the mail man. After doing so please contact Questions@RepairPartsUSA.com and we will try our best to assist.
- If I don’t receive my shipment on time, who is responsible?
If there is an error on our end where you do not receive your package within the promised time period, we will isuue you a refund for the shipping fee!
- Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we only ship within the United States.
- There is an item missing from my order?
Please contact Questions@RepairPartsUSA.com and we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.
- Will my package arrive on a Saturday?
Yes, USPS and FedEx deliver on Saturday.
- If I am within driving distance of one of your locations, am I able to pick up my order at RepairPartsUSA?
Yes, if you are a local customer you can feel free to stop by Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and pickup your order.
